Nicolasa Laguardia
I ran 5 miles on Saturday. It was killer. Lindsay's group did 9 miles.
And, today, I got another reminder of why I put my body through this.
My "Grandma" wasn't mine by blood but she might as well have been. She helped raise me and my sister as her own grandchildren, along with Irene and Iris. We love her very much and I know she loved us, too. From here on out, I'll continue to run in her memory and pray for a cure.
